Congratulations to all the winners of the 2021 Wells Food Festival Awards. Stalls were judged by the festival’s sponsors, using a number of criteria, including visual impact, stall holder’s knowledge and sourcing of ingredients.

The Probusiness Award for Snacks and Savouries
“This was a delightful stall, run by a passionate team. Step and Stone are a social enterprise based in Bristol. They produce an interesting range of flatbreads – the seaweed flatbread was delicious.”
The Clear Space Award for Cooks Ingredients
“A very knowledgeable owner with an interesting and unusual range, bringing his enthusiasm to a subject many people may be unsure about. A real incentive to make the most of mushrooms.”
