We’ve become aware that some of our traders are receiving emails asking them to pay a refundable £175 security deposit. Please do not pay this. These emails are NOT from Wells Food Festival. The only payment our traders are asked to make is their official festival pitch fee, which is invoiced directly by us. We do not ask traders for a £175 security deposit. If you receive one of these emails, please ignore it and do not click on any links or provide payment or personal details. We’re sorry for any confusion this may cause and are looking into the situation. If you’re ever unsure about a payment request that appears to come from us, please contact us directly before making any payment. We advise that you forward any suspicious emails to report@phishing.gov.uk before blocking the sender.
