Ah-Ma’s takes the light and delicate traditions of home-cooked Cantonese cuisine, which brings emphasis to the freshness and taste of the primary ingredients, to bring delicious wholesome, made from scratch dim sum to the masses. We don’t use artificial flavour enhancers or colourings and instead work with the best local producers, using free-range or organic produce. We accompany our dim sum with vibrant salads, zingy pickles and punchy sauces to create exciting dishes full of flavour.

Alp Mac

There’s a new breed of macaroni & cheese on the street food scene. Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no such thing as too much cheese and because of this we use a four-cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni & cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is grilled macaroni cheese.

Little Jack Horner’s

We make really good sausage rolls. 100% of our outdoor-reared, free-range pork and chicken comes from local high welfare small-holdings and farms in East Somerset and North Dorset. Our pastry is a rough shortcrust – no nonsense, just flour, excellent local butter, salt and water.

Murray May’s

Inspired by the streets of Istanbul, Murray May’s flavoursome kebabs are grilled over charcoal on their Mangal grill and stuffed into fluffy pittas with home-made sauces and salads. Served from their bright blue Mercedes food truck.

Nawa Kitchen

Delicious home cooked Tibetan food. We specialise in momos – meat or veggie filled steamed and pan fried dumplings served with spicy chilli and tomato dip, plus curries and spicy, warming Himalayan chai.

Passion & Soul

Authentic American pit smoked barbecue. All our food and even our sauces are smoked long and slow using English wood from sustainable forests. The end result is the most mouth watering long, low and slow apple wood smoked pulled pork, dirty beef brisket, beef short ribs, New York pastrami, St Louis pork ribs and butter milk chicken.

Suzette’s Fresh Pancakes

The Crepe Cart

The Crepe Cart has been serving delicious crepes at events in Somerset since 2014, with many mouth watering varieties of sweet and savoury, plus vegan and gluten free options.

The Crumpeteers

We are The Crumpeteers. We work out of Betsy, our beloved eighties horse trailer, who has been adapted to serve tea, coffee and mighty fine crumpets. Gem and I have a passion for baking and we serve our own cakes as an alternative treat. We are all about appreciating vintage, while keeping up with the modern world.
