Ah-Ma’s

Ah-Ma’s takes the light and delicate traditions of home-cooked Cantonese cuisine, which brings emphasis to the freshness and taste of the primary ingredients, to bring delicious wholesome, made from scratch dim sum to the masses. We don’t use artificial flavour enhancers or colourings and instead work with the best local producers, using free-range or organic produce as we know quality, well sourced ingredients makes all the difference. We accompany our dim sum with vibrant salads, zingy pickles and punchy sauces to create exciting dishes full of flavour.

Alimentos

Simple Spanish street food.

Alp Mac

There’s a new breed of macaroni & cheese on the street food scene. Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no such thing as too much cheese and because of this we use a four-cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni & cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is grilled macaroni cheese.

Buckland Burgers

Buckland Burgers is a street food outlet serving the finest gourmet burgers in the south west. Venison, lamb, and halloumi are among a wide selection of burgers to choose from, all of which come with home made sauces, mayos and chutneys.

Ellises Farm

Home reared grass fed beef and free range Gloucester Old Spot pork chargrilled on the fire pit and served in flatbreads and buns with home grown salads and sauces.

Fattso Burgers

Here at Fattso, not only do we care about the quality of our food, we care about customer satisfaction, we care about the environment and having as minimal impact as possible, while providing a quality and memorable service.

Gluten Free Gourmet

Gluten Free Gourmet was started in 2014 and is a family grown business based in Wells. It started with homemade cakes, the more events we did the more we added to our menu. We decided to go one step further and invest in a catering van, with everything in the van being brand new, eliminating any risk of cross contamination to allow us to bring street food to coeliacs.

Goierri Foods

Traditional Basque food.

Good Food & Co

Good Food & Co is a Bristol street food stall specialising in world food using high quality, locally sourced ingredients whilst being entirely gluten & dairy free. The emphasis is on bold flavours, inspiring menus, a sustainable outlook, with free-range meat, vegan options and farm to fork sourcing. We only use biodegradable packaging for our street food and work very hard at reducing our impact on the environment. We do things a little different! No bread or pastries, just wholesome, hearty cooking using some of the finest ingredients in the area and well traveled palette.

Grate

Grate is a celebration of Somerset’s artisan cheeses. We are on a mission to make sexy the humble cheese toastie, drawing inspiration from the best county – Somerset! Think incredible hand-made cheeses oozing from golden, crispy organic sourdough. Our mantra is ‘local, ethical, seasonal’.

Great Tastes

Speciality burgers.

Nawa Kitchen

We serve traditional Tibetan food, including the famous Tibetan Momo’s – both meat and veggie filled Asian dumplings, steamed and pan fried, along with spicy Asian salads and dips. Also serving tasty meat and vegetarian curries.

Nook

Nook is a bowl and juice bar in Frome, Somerset. We will be bringing our Hawaiian poke bowls, plus cold press juices to the Wells Food Festival. Hawaiian poke bowls are delicious and tasty ‘sushi’ inspired bowls full of flavour! Every bowl contains a marinated protein of your choice, pickled and raw vegetables, umami sauce and crunchy topping. Think Buddha bowl with a twist! Alongside our bowls will be our cold press juice. Using organic fruit and vegetables we make our own healthy and nutritious juices. Nook is gluten free and heavily vegan/vegetarian friendly.

Passion & Soul

Authentic American pit smoked barbecue. All our food and even our sauces are smoked long and slow using English wood from sustainable forests. The end result is the most mouth watering long, low and slow apple wood smoked pulled pork, dirty beef brisket, beef short ribs, New York pastrami, St Louis pork ribs and butter milk chicken, to name a few.

Sicilian Donkey

Try some authentic Sicilian street food made by Chef Umberto originally from Catania but now based in Somerset. Sicilian Donkey’s speciality is arancini – a savoury risotto ball stuffed full of a tasty filling with melted cheese in the middle. The ball is bread-crumbed with crispy Panko and deep-fried giving you a delicious, oozy, portable feast made famous by Inspector Montalbano.

Smokehouse on the Hill

Amazing burgers, 8hr pulled pork, smoked chicken and dirty fries. We enjoy bringing our 15 years of traditional smoked food experience to events.

Suzette’s Pancakes

Delicious hand cooked pancakes, tossed in pans the traditional British way, served hot and fresh with a range of sweet and savoury fillings. All natural ingredients including free range eggs.

The Crepe Cart

The Crepe Cart has been serving delicious crepes at events in Somerset since 2014. With many mouth watering varieties of sweet and savoury, we also have vegan and gluten free options too.

The Crumpeteers

We are The Crumpeteers. We work out of Betsy, our beloved eighties horse trailer, who has been adapted to serve tea, coffee and mighty fine crumpets. Gem and I have a passion for baking and we serve our own cakes as an alternative treat. We are all about appreciating vintage, while keeping up with the modern world.
