Street Food Stalls

Because of the current restrictions we have postponed sending out invitations to stallholders for this year’s Festival, but we are keeping spaces for all last year’s traders and will continue to consider new requests.

Ah-Ma’s takes the light and delicate traditions of home-cooked Cantonese cuisine, which brings emphasis to the freshness and taste of the primary ingredients, to bring delicious wholesome, made from scratch dim sum to the masses. We don’t use artificial flavour enhancers or colourings and instead work with the best local producers, using free-range or organic produce as we know quality, well sourced ingredients makes all the difference. We accompany our dim sum with vibrant salads, zingy pickles and punchy sauces to create exciting dishes full of flavour.


Alp Mac

There’s a new breed of macaroni & cheese on the street food scene. Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no such thing as too much cheese and because of this we use a four-cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni & cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is GRILLED macaroni cheese.

At Blu Fire, we aim to give you that truly authentic taste of Jamaica. So we carefully source all our produce to provide an original blend for the right aroma and flavour of our childhood family meals. Our selections are family favourites but with a modern twist. In blending our own marinades and sauces, we use traditional ingredients with healthy options for a truly Jamaican experience. Put a little fire in your soul!

Dosa Tom

Dosa Tom are a Somerset based street food company that specialises in spreading their love of the South Indian Masala Dosa. Their naturally fermented, vegan, gluten-free dosas are cooked fresh to order in 3 minutes on a traditional tava. Each golden brown dosa is filled with a delicately spiced potato masala and served with traditional coconut chutney and seasonal poriyal side.

Home reared grass fed beef and free range Gloucester Old Spot pork chargrilled on the fire pit and served in flatbreads and buns with home grown salads and sauces.

Good Food & Co is a Bristol street food stall specialising in world food using high quality, locally sourced ingredients whilst being entirely gluten & dairy free. The emphasis is on bold flavours, inspiring menus, a sustainable outlook, with free-range meat, vegan options and farm to fork sourcing. We only use biodegradable packaging for our street food and work very hard at reducing our impact on the environment. We do things a little different! No bread or pastries, just wholesome, hearty cooking using some of the finest ingredients in the area and well traveled palette.


Grate is a celebration of Somerset’s artisan cheeses. We are on a mission to make sexy the humble cheese toastie, drawing inspiration from the best county – Somerset! Think incredible hand made cheeses oozing from golden, crispy organic sourdough. Our mantra is ‘local, ethical, seasonal’ and these are rules that we live by.

Delicious Japanese street food cooked fresh on the stall! Having grown up in Japan and now living in Somerset, I love using fresh, local meat and vegetables wherever possible to create food and flavours that I loved during my childhood. The focus for my food is simple, honest and tasty! A few examples of what you may find on the menu … mild japanese curry, chilli miso tofu and aubergine, stir-fried udon noodles, nikuman (savoury steamed buns).


Street food at its best! Leckerbissen means ‘delicious bite’ – and our German Bratwursts are nothing but delicious treats to your taste buds! Our passion for top quality German sausages meets our love for Somerset’s rolls, onions, chutneys and greens. We make fresh green smoothies daily, blending the world’s most nutrient-dense foods, giving joy to your taste buds and energy to your body!

Inspired by the streets of Istanbul, Murray May’s flavoursome kebabs are grilled over charcoal on their Mangal grill and stuffed into fluffy pittas with home-made sauces and salads. Served from their bright blue Mercedes food-truck.

Nook is a bowl and juice bar in Frome, Somerset. We will be bringing our Hawaiian poke bowls, plus cold press juices to the Wells Food Festival. Hawaiian poke bowls are delicious and tasty ‘sushi’ inspired bowls full of flavour! Every bowl contains a marinated protein of your choice, pickled and raw vegetables, umami sauce and crunchy topping. Think Buddha bowl with a twist! Alongside our bowls will be our cold press juice. Using organic fruit and vegetables we make our own healthy and nutritious juices. Nook is gluten free and heavily vegan/vegetarian friendly.

Sicilian Donkey

Try some authentic Sicilian street food made by Chef Umberto originally from Catania but now based in Somerset. Sicilian Donkey’s speciality is arancini – a savoury risotto ball stuffed full of a tasty filling with melted cheese in the middle. The ball is bread-crumbed with crispy Panko and deep-fried giving you a delicious, oozy, portable feast made famous by Inspector Montalbano.

Delicious hand cooked pancakes, tossed in pans the traditional British way, served hot and fresh with a range of sweet and savoury fillings.

Twice Baked and Loaded Potato Company

Our potatoes are baked, cut in half, scooped out and then blended to make a creamy mash. Various fillings are then added to the mash before they are baked again. Twice Baked and Loaded potatoes filled with spinach and feta, stilton and cranberry, mozzarella, cheddar and red onion or the vegan bbq jackfruit.
