Bath Culture House

Bath Culture House is a small artisan fermented food company based in Ubley, nestled in the Mendips. We are a small team of passionate fermentation nerds who produce vegan and GF food and drink. Artisan vegan chease, kimchis, sauerkrauts and kombucha. Handmade with love.


Bath Harvest Rapeseed Oil

Bath Harvest rapeseed oil is grown, pressed and bottled on our family farm in Wilmington, Bath. Our award winning original and infused oil is smooth and nutty, perfect for cooking.

Bath Soft Cheese

We take a traditional approach both to how we raise and graze our small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking. We are entirely organic and are registered with Organic Farmers and Growers. Around 60% of our milk is turned into cheese in our state-of-the-art cheese facility, while the rest goes to another cheesemaker who uses it to make organic cheddar or to another producer who makes our delicious ice-cream.

Billies & Tong

Biltong is a variety of dried, cured meat that originated in Southern Africa. Various types of meat are used to produce it, ranging from beef and game meats to fillets of ostrich from commercial farms. Meat is cut into thin strips and air-dried in a biltong box/maker. Using spices and herbs it makes the perfect snack.

We are Bioaqua farm, home to the leading experts pioneering innovation in aquaponics, with the longest thriving commercial aquaponic farm in the UK and the largest aquaponic trout farm in Europe.

Easy Bean

We make delicious and wholesome food-to-go, hand prepared in small batches, using 100% natural ingredients. We are a small, innovative company determined to give beans the culinary status they deserve. We believe in creating food that’s as delicious as it is healthy; and that eating a balanced diet of wholesome all natural food makes perfect sense.

Ebb Tides

We think seaweeds are pretty amazing. Eaten by coastal people since ancient times and part of the daily diet in Asia for centuries – for good reason. Seaweeds are wholesome, delicious and a great alternative to salt. We harvest mainly during the summer months when the tides allow, but we’ll also harvest year-round, depending on demand and on the species. It’s got to be in season, and just like other vegetables, it has a point in the year where taste and goodness is at its best.

Exmoor Fudge Kitchen

Hand crafted artisan fudge, using natural ingredients with no artificial colourings or preservatives. I use a lot of ingredients which are from Exmoor. The cream is sourced locally.

Feltham’s Farm

Feltham’s Farm is an organic, multi-award winning cheesemaker by Templecombe in Somerset. Our first cheese Renegade Monk has won many awards and in July 2020 beat 300 cheeses to be named Best British Cheese at the #VirtualCheeseAwards. It is an organic Somerset version of a French Epoisse.

Funky Cool Bananas

We are a hand rolled ice cream company. We use a liquid ice cream base and have a variety of fresh fruit and toppings which we add, whether it be chopping in a fresh strawberry or a mint cream chocolate. Our ice cream is then ‘cooked’ on the two large ice pans, then spread out and rolled into neat rolls, then finished with your chosen toppings. We offer a vegan/dairy free ice cream.


Fussels are a multi award-winning producer of farm fresh extra virgin rapeseed oil in Somerset. Our oil is the heart of all our fantastic flavoured oils, dressings, mayonnaises and vinaigrettes. Half the saturated fat of other oils, 10 x the essential fatty acid Omega 3 and cooks to a higher temperature, making it a more versatile oil for cooking, baking, stir frying, making dressings and drizzling.

Gilbert & Swayne

Gilbert & Swayne was created by Jane Swayne in 2013 and is based in a converted barn, overlooking Glastonbury Tor, in the village of Baltonsborough, Somerset. Our chocolates are made with fresh cream, fresh herbs, spices and both Fairtrade and single origin, organic chocolate. There’s also a vegan collection made with organic coconut oil.

Homewood Cheeses

Based in Ubley in the beautiful Chew Valley, just south of Bristol, we make our cheeses by hand with ewes milk from two Somerset flocks. Our range of cheeses include our Fresh Ewes Cheese (curd), Halloumi, Ricotta, Pickled Ewes Cheese (feta-style) and a family of washed curd cheeses including Old Demdike.

Kimbers’ Farm Shop

Here at Kimbers’ Farm Shop we sell the very best meat and local produce, ensuring our customers get the highest quality possible. Our family have been farming the same land for over 300 years and run a mixed stock farm, with welfare being our top priority.

Lievito Bakery

The Lievito bakers work through the night in our artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset. Our mission from day one has been to produce breads and pastries that we would be proud to have at our table. We hand shape and slow prove our sourdoughs for a minimum of 18 hours to give that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough.

Little Hollows Pasta

We’ve spent the last three years perfecting our recipes and carefully sourcing our ingredients. From bronze-die extruded shapes such as linguine, fusilli and macaroni, to our speciality handmade filled pastas. We source local organic eggs and locally milled ‘00’ flour to make our ravioli and tagliatelle dough, and use a knowledgeable, independent, family run importer for all of our Italian ingredients, such as our durum wheat semolina and parmesan.

Mendip Moments

Mendip Moments award winning, luxurious ice cream is handmade on the family dairy farm in Somerset using milk and cream from our pedigree herd of Holstein cows. We also have a range of refreshing, dairy free sorbets, bursting with fruit and made with the water from our own Mendip Spring. We use only natural ingredients and no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.


High grade artisan hummus hand made in small batches with big flavours, quality ingredients and inventive recipes. All hummus is vegan, gluten free and free from artificial flavours and preservatives.

Nutts Scotch Eggs

We produce a range of Scotch eggs in different flavours using free range eggs and locally produced ingredients. Our range includes the finest Cumberland sausage and creations using smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

Here at Pinnacle Icing I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made. The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. They are all produced from scratch, using free range, fair trade and British ingredients wherever possible.

Pistachio Provenance

Award winning pistachios sourced directly from a co-operative of artisan farmers who nurture and harvest the pistachios in their sun filled orchards in Greece. Hand-picked, lightly dry toasted with a touch of sea salt and hint of citrus. We offer a fabulous snacking moment for your very own pistachio occasion.

Plum Duff & Stuff

We make and sell Christmas puddings to suit most dietary needs – traditional, gluten free, vegan, vegan gluten free and kits suitable for diabetics – they are all vegetarian and dairy free. We also produce traditional Seville orange marmalade, fruit cheeses, jams, jellies, chutneys, honey and beeswax.

Quantock Steamers

We produce steamed sponge puddings and meat suet puddings. All puddings are made individually with love using the finest quality local ingredients.

Reckless Desserts is a young business launched a year ago by French pastry chef Azzedine Zarzi. Located in the heart of Somerset, our ambition is to offer our customers the most indulgent desserts. The Chillees

We are The Chillees, husband and wife team Nick & Francine Lee, producing our own spicy chilli sauces and preserves made from our own chillies, grown here in Somerset. Having grown and enjoyed chillies for many years, Francine started introducing them into the jams and chutneys she made, not only for ourselves but as gifts for friends, family and neighbours, as well as making for local charities. After many compliments on our flavours, we were asked if we were planning to sell them. Well, there are only so many times you can say no.
