Bath Harvest rapeseed oil is grown, pressed and bottled on our family farm in Wilmington, Bath. Our award winning original and infused oil is smooth and nutty, perfect for cooking.

Bath Soft Cheese

We take a traditional approach both to how we raise and graze our small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking. We are entirely organic and are registered with Organic Farmers and Growers. Around 60% of our milk is turned into cheese in our state-of-the-art cheese facility, while the rest goes to another cheesemaker who uses it to make organic cheddar or to another producer who makes our delicious ice-cream.

Billies & Tong

Billies & Tong based in Wells makes and sells delicious biltong and droewors. So what are both? Biltong is a form of dried, cured meat that originates from South African countries. Using delicious local beef, we offer a fantastic choice of flavours that include original, garlic, chilli and just recently Jamaican Jerk. Droewors (droe wors or drywors) is an Afrikaans word that directly translates to ‘dry sausage’. It is a Southern African snack food based on the traditional, coriander-seed spiced boerewors sausage. Both biltong and droewors are high in protein and low in carbs. Having lived on a farm in Africa, owner Gerry offers the ultimate authentic food experience.

Our chutneys, jams, jellies and syrups are hand-made in small batches from Somerset fruit and vegetables, most of which we grow ourselves. We are especially keen on time-honoured English fruits that have gone quiet in recent years, like medlar, quince and damson, and on traditional kitchen garden staples, like runner beans and rhubarb.

All of our Cultjars are handmade in small batches by experienced chefs in a specialist kitchen on our farm in Somerset, using excellent quality and nutrient rich produce. We do not use any artificial preservatives and all of our ferments are unpasteurised, retaining all the good bacteria.

Ebb Tides

We think seaweeds are pretty amazing. Eaten by coastal people since ancient times and part of the daily diet in Asia for centuries – for good reason. Seaweeds are wholesome, delicious and a great alternative to salt. We harvest mainly during the summer months when the tides allow, but we’ll also harvest year-round, depending on demand and on the species. It’s got to be in season, and just like other vegetables, it has a point in the year where taste and goodness is at its best.

Exmoor Fudge Kitchen

Hand crafted artisan fudge, using natural ingredients with no artificial colourings or preservatives. I use a lot of ingredients which are from Exmoor and the cream is sourced locally.

Feltham’s Farm

Feltham’s Farm is an organic, multi-award winning cheesemaker by Templecombe in Somerset. Our first cheese, Renegade Monk, has won many awards and in July 2020 beat 300 cheeses to be named Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards. It is an organic Somerset version of a French Epoisse. We also make a second washed-rind cheese called Rebel Nun and a fresh queso fresco cheese, La Fresca Margarita, which won Best British Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Awards in 2021.

Flo & Frankie’s Fudge

We specialise in making fudge the traditional way. Our fudge is still prepared the old fashioned way to an original recipe and cooked in copper boiling pans with no artificial preservatives. Our recipe has a smooth consistency and an unforgettably creamy taste. We offer an array of traditional fudges, as well as a host of modern flavours such as salted caramel and a personal favourite of mine, Turkish Delight.

Funky Cool Bananas

We are a hand rolled ice cream company. We use a liquid ice cream base and have a variety of fresh fruit and toppings which we add, whether it be chopping in a fresh strawberry or a mint cream chocolate. Our ice cream is then ‘cooked’ on the two large ice pans, then spread out and rolled into neat rolls, then finished with your chosen toppings. We offer a vegan/dairy free ice cream.

Fussels Fine Foods

Fussels are a multi award-winning producer of farm fresh extra virgin rapeseed oil in Somerset. Our oil is the heart of all our fantastic flavoured oils, dressings, mayonnaises and vinaigrettes. Half the saturated fat of other oils, 10 x the essential fatty acid Omega 3 and cooks to a higher temperature, making it a more versatile oil for cooking, baking, stir frying, making dressings and drizzling.

Gilbert & Swayne was created by Jane Swayne in 2013 and is based in a converted barn, overlooking Glastonbury Tor, in the village of Baltonsborough, Somerset. Our chocolates are made with fresh cream, fresh herbs, spices and both Fairtrade and single origin, organic chocolate. There’s also a vegan collection made with organic coconut oil.

Homewood Cheeses

Based in Ubley in the beautiful Chew Valley, just south of Bristol, we make our cheeses by hand with ewes milk from two Somerset flocks. Our range of cheeses include our Fresh Ewes Cheese (curd), Halloumi, Ricotta, Pickled Ewes Cheese (feta-style) and a family of washed curd cheeses including Old Demdike.

Hurdlebrook has been producing high quality, raw milk and cream from award winning Guernsey cows since the early 1980s, with Taste of the West and Royal Bath and West Show awards. Lievito Bakery

The Lievito bakers work through the night in our artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset. Our mission from day one has been to produce breads and pastries that we would be proud to have at our table. We hand shape and slow prove our sourdoughs for a minimum of 18 hours to give that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough.

Mendip Moments

Mendip Moments award winning, luxurious ice cream is handmade on the family dairy farm in Somerset using milk and cream from our pedigree herd of Holstein cows. We also have a range of refreshing, dairy free sorbets, bursting with fruit and made with the water from our own Mendip Spring. We use only natural ingredients and no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

Cold smoked trout, hot smoked trout and terrines. As well as being hatched and reared in the chalk stream waters of our own farm, we smoke the fish ourselves directly by the pond – so quality and freshness are always consistently the best.
