A Jar Of
My range of fine handmade preserves, chutneys, jams, marmalades and sauces, have been made with great care and attention to detail in the heart of the Dorset countryside. All products contain no preservatives, colourings or any other unnatural stuff, they are all made using authentic recipes from my travels or imagination! I have also recently launched a dairy free caramel sauce range, same great test!
Bell & Loxton
Bell and Loxton are award winning producers of cold pressed rapeseed oil, grown, pressed and bottled on the family farm with full traceability. With half the saturated fat of olive oil, naturally rich in omega 3 and a good source of Vitamin E it’s a healthy alternative to other culinary oils.
Billies and Tong
Biltong is a variety of dried, cured meat that originated in Southern Africa. Various types of meat are used to produce it, ranging from beef and game meats to fillets of ostrich from commercial farms. Meat is cut into thin strips and air-dried in a biltong box/maker. Using spices and herbs it makes the perfect snack.
Buffalicious
Our water buffalo are only reared on our farm, housed during the cold/wet winters then free to range our lush green grasses of our Somerset countryside during the rest of the year. We can be sure of our traceability knowing that all our forage is home produced with minimal imported nutritional supplements to keep our animals healthy and fit to high welfare standards.
Bumblee’s Preserves
I’m Francine, aka Bumblee (a childhood nickname). I make award winning artisan preserves in my Somerset kitchen. Everything from Seville to pink gin marmalade, strawberry to blackcurrant and sloe gin jam, piccalilli and chutneys, as well as delicious fruit vinegars/shrubs. All made be me, not a factory.
Capreolus
Capreolus Fine Foods is a multi-award winning, family owned English artisan charcuterie producer in Rampisham, West Dorset. Quality and provenance are of the utmost importance to us and we source locally bred and reared free range meat from traditional and rare breeds wherever possible and seasonal wild meats from the West Country.
Chatley Farm Brownies
Pure Chocolate Brownie Love
If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s that chocolate makes everything better. Since 2006, Chatley Farm Brownies has been bringing chocolate love to Somerset, handmade in the professional kitchens on our beautiful farm, near Bath. Our unique flavours include Rich Chocolate, Vanilla Fudge, Salted Caramel, Amaretto, Mint, Orange, Marshmallow, Honeycomb, plus gluten free options. We simply use the best Belgian chocolate and locally sourced ingredients to create delicious squares of heaven.
Cornish Sea Salt
From humble beginnings on the south Cornish coast, our sea salt has now become international, selling in over 33 different countries. Our signature blue pots sit just as happily in Michelin-starred establishments as they do on the tables of home cooks who have an appreciation not only for taste and quality of artisan sea salt, but for the exciting versatility and creativity it can bring to cooking.
Cracking Nuts
We started cracking nuts in spring 2014, after it struck us just how moreish and tasty the humble nut can be. We came across a 200 year old German recipe, played around with it a little, and came up with a range of sweet cinnamon, salty and chilli roasted nuts all with our own, unique, modern twist.
Deelicious Chilli Jam
Deelicious started in my kitchen in 2015 in Surrey and all of the jams are still produced today in my kitchen at home, although now a bigger kitchen, it is now in lovely Dorset so I am lucky to have gorgeous views whilst washing my pots! I have been making the Classic Jam for years, giving it away to friends for Christmas, taking it to BBQs and dinner parties and after lots of encouraging comments, the business was born.
Ellises Farm
We produce mouth watering Gloucester old spot pork, sausages, dry cured nitrate free bacon and gammon, artisan salamis, chorizo and air dried hams and cured meats from our Gloucester old spot pigs on the Blackdown hills area of outstanding natural beauty here in Devon. Produced and cured in an original old fashioned method. We specialise in nitrate, additive and preservative free products.
Emborough Farm
We are a small farm on the Mendip Hills, farming Ryeland sheep and Highland cows, with their welfare our highest priority. We allow our animals to mature slowly, selling hogget (lamb aged 12-24 months), sometimes mutton and occassionally highland beef (aged 30 months). By allowing the animals to age on grass you get a better fuller flavour with much less bad fat, more good fat, and more vitamins and minerals. We offer a range of joints and have recently added a range of burgers (just meat, herbs and spices). All meat has to be collected from our farm currently, but that may give you the chance to meet some of our animals.
Feltham’s Farm
Feltham’s Farm is an organic, multi-award winning cheesemaker by Templecombe in Somerset. Our first cheese Renegade Monk has won many awards and in July 2020 beat 300 cheeses to be named Best British Cheese at the #VirtualCheeseAwards. It is an organic Somerset version of a French Epoisse.
Foodswild
We are a wild food and sea veg company providing wild, natural, sustainable foods to our customers. All foods are freshly harvested to order. We are a member of the foraging association and are here for food enthusiasts, environmentalists, lovers of the Cornish countryside and coastline. Offering freshly harvested natural healthy foods suitable for vegetarians that add another dimension to your menu options.
Freckles & Boo
Freckles & Boo is a new farm shop, bringing you the very best produce fresh from the farms and fields of Somerset and beyond. Our shelves are packed full of the finest local fruit and veg, dairy and meat products are delivered daily from our partners in the region. Fussels
Fussels are a multi award-winning producer of farm fresh extra virgin rapeseed oil in Somerset. Our oil is the heart of all our fantastic flavoured oils, dressings, mayonnaises and vinaigrettes. Half the saturated fat of other oils, 10 x the essential fatty acid Omega 3 and cooks to a higher temperature, making it a more versatile oil for cooking, baking, stir frying, making dressings and drizzling.
Grown Up Marshmallows
Grown Up Marshmallows are gluten, dairy, egg, GMO, palm oil and fat free. Full of fresh organic fruit that we grow ourselves on Exmoor National Park and drizzled with 70% Fair Trade chocolate, our luxury, premier flavoured marshmallows are handmade in small batches with 100% natural ingredients.
Hembridge Organics
I initially began Hembridge Organics from home as an internet box scheme supplying local customers with organic vegetables grown in Somerset, sourcing vegetables from five organic producers. I soon realised that the farmers would grow the same fruit and vegetables as each other resulting in a glut for the county. Fruit and vegetables that were either too large or too ripe to fill veg boxes were discarded. Hating waste, I realised that this produce was ideal for making chutneys and jams. At least the growers would get something for their efforts.
India In a Jar
An online Indian food boutique featuring artisan Indian cuisine with a dash of Devon by chef Collin Pereira. We feature a wide variety of secret spice concoctions and magical blends of natural spices and herbs. Our product range also includes 100% plant-based vegan Indian recipe mixes with cooking videos, Indian in a jar curry pastes and curry mixes, DIY Do Indian Yourself spice powder masala blends, Indian seasoning masala mixes, Indian marinades, Indian pickles and chutneys, Indian relishes, dips and spreads, Indian accompaniments and Indian cooking ingredients. Mr Fox Fine Foods
You may already know me as @suzettespancakes but with country shows and street fairs cancelled this year, I’m bringing the Food Hall to you instead! My lovely foodie friends are supplying me with their amazing artisan products all freshly made and delivered to your home via @mrfoxfinefoods.
Netherstreet Galloway Beef
Galloway cows are a British Heritage Rare Breed and were first recorded by the Romans, being one of the oldest and purest of our native stocks. Their unique double coat and ability to thrive in the harshest of climates has enabled the breed to be farmed on all corners of the globe. The breed produces a lean, but extremely tender and also very tasty meat. Due to the Galloway’s slow maturity, the beef has time to naturally develop and enhances the meat’s signature juicy flavours.
Nutcessity
We make sumptuous, organic nut blends with tree nuts (no peanuts). Since 2016, our peanut-allergic founder Mike has been whipping and jarring distinctive blends of nuts, seeds, coconut, fruit and salt. Our mission is ‘to make trust-seeking food enthusiasts smile’. We hope you enjoy our selection!
Penny’s Pies
My pies are unique. Each one is handmade as part of small batches. The pastry is made using butter to make the hot water crust pastry. The fillings are traditional, such as the pork pies, or the steak and ale pies, or a little different, such as the broad bean, feta and garlic. Each batch is carefully made, baked, and distributed to our customers as quickly and freshly as possible.
Plum Duff & Stuff
We make and sell Christmas puddings to suit most dietary needs – traditional, gluten free, vegan, vegan gluten free and kits suitable for diabetics – they are all vegetarian and dairy free. We also produce traditional Seville orange marmalade, fruit cheeses, jams, jellies, chutneys, honey and beeswax.
Primrose’s Kitchen
We lovingly create wholesome muesli and granola that nurtures the soul and respects the planet. We only use the purest organic ingredients that will never pollute your body or our world – gently air dried to protect nutrients naturally. Our quirky fruit and veg combinations are sourced locally to our Dorset kitchen, from British farmers where possible. And we bundle it all up in 100% plastic-free home compostable packaging, so that we only leave nourished smiles behind.
Proper By SCT
We provide high-quality snacks to retail and trade customers, including pork crackling and fudge. We’ve been creating these products for more than 10 years, and we’re proud of the service that we’re now able to offer. The recipes have always stayed in the family, and this is how we’re able to create our quality products.
Pure Maple
We are British Canadians who are passionate about maple syrup. We recently moved to the UK from Canada and were surprised by the lack of real maple syrup in the British market. We missed the pure taste of true maple syrup that we grew up with and wanted to share it with you all, so we decided to create Pure Maple. Our 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup is produced and packed in Canada to bring you a truly authentic taste.
Reckless Desserts
Reckless Desserts is a young business launched a year ago by French pastry chef Azzedine Zarzi. Located in the heart of Somerset, our ambition is to offer our customers the most indulgent desserts. Using the highest quality ingredients, our chef has created a range of beautiful desserts which showcase carefully chosen flavours, textures, and taste experiences. We work closely with our rigorously selected suppliers who share the same passion for the best quality ingredients. Furthermore, we support local producers thus guaranteeing the finest ingredients with the smallest carbon footprint.
Root Connections
Root Connections provide fresh, chemical free, local vegetables that have a social impact. We are an organisation whose mission is to improve health and wellbeing for adults with complex needs, primarily those who are homeless and rough sleeping. All profits and proceeds quite simply go toward our aim to help end homelessness in Mendip. The community garden has a significant number of committed volunteers that help grow the produce to help fulfil our mission.
Salcombe Dairy
Ice cream produced in the traditional way. The milk has always come straight from the farm first thing each morning, the double cream comes in fresh from the creamery. The sugar and butter come from farther afield because we can’t get them in Devon, but it is the best we can find. As for the flavour ingredients – we always secure the very best quality.
Solkiki
Iris and Bob crushed more than just fine cacao since unveiling Solkiki in late 2015 after starting a quiet incubation and lots of practice in 2008. Over 100 awards in four seasons is unprecedented, some of these (including Golds and Silvers) are for our dairy-free chocolate, in the dairy category, judged by the world’s top dairy judges. Usually vegan chocolate is a compromised product, lack lustre. When one removes the cheap filler (industrial milk powder) you might just get a more delicious product! If amazing chocolate without anything but sugar added sounds like your thing, we also make some of the world’s top darks. But seriously though, we want to push boundaries and focus on long term relationships and unbeatable quality. From our farmers in the forest fermentaries, to our chefs in mighty Michelin kitchens, and chocolatiers far and near, we really enjoy slowly building a firm network of great people with great products. Overseeing this chain and doing all the production ourselves, it’s rewarding!
The Chillees
We are The Chillees, husband and wife team Nick & Francine Lee, producing our own spicy chilli sauces and preserves made from our own chillies, grown here in Somerset. Having grown and enjoyed chillies for many years, Francine started introducing them into the jams and chutneys she made, not only for ourselves but as gifts for friends, family and neighbours, as well as making for local charities. After many compliments on our flavours, we were asked if we were planning to sell them. Well, there are only so many times you can say no.
The H’eggs Company
We produce fresh organic pasta made with all local ingredients. Our pasta laboratory is your one stop shop for your pasta dishes. We provide you with recipe cards and all the necessary ingredients for you and your family to put together traditional and contemporary pasta and tortelli dishes.

We offer a range of homemade preserves and pure Exmoor honey. All our products are made in our cottage kitchen in Selworthy, on Exmoor. Everything is done by hand, from stirring the pot to labelling each jar. Nothing leaves our kitchen unless we can guarantee to make us proud and our customers happy.

Waitey’s
Based in the small Wiltshire town of Calne, Waitey’s was established in 2018, derived from our love and passion for good food. Our products are made at home in small batches, ensuring the taste and texture is perfect. Get our most delicious, artisan products delivered to your door, or come and find us at local farmers markets and food festivals.
Waterhouse Fayre
When Ann Stallard began making homemade jam in her kitchen back in January 2004 from home grown produce, she could not have envisaged where those early days would lead. Initially a creative way to make use of surplus home grown raspberries, Waterhouse Fayre preserves can now be found throughout the West Country; in farm shops, delicatessens, specialist cheese shops as well as tea rooms, restaurants and hotels. Waterhouse Fayre’s first award was in that very first year, a gold Taste of the West Award for Raspberry Jam.
Westcombe Dairy
We’re a small artisan dairy in east Somerset making traditional cheddar and other West Country cheeses using unpasteurised milk from our own cows. Our traditional cheeses include the multi award-winning Westcombe Unpasteurised Cheddar, Duckett’s Aged Caerphilly and our Somerset Ricotta.
White Lake Cheese
White Lake Cheese Ltd. opened its doors in 2004. Since then, we have quickly established ourselves as a leading brand in the artisan cheese industry. Every cheese we create at White Lake is the result of a non-stop whirlwind of experimentation and innovation. We love trying new things, new methods and new recipes and are constantly seeking ways to evolve our family of cheeses. With thanks to our talented team of cheesemakers, we have been able to transform whacky ideas into a truly delicious range of cheeses.
