Nuts about Cinnamon

We are a small family run business offering a range of deliciously roasted cinnamon glazed nuts, including almonds, pecans, cashews, hazelnuts and peanuts. Our nuts are cooked in the traditional German style using an authentic nut roaster with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla essence, making them gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Nutts Scotch Eggs

Scotch eggs and a selection of savoury pies and quiches. Our Scotch eggs are produced in different flavours using free range eggs and local ingredients. Our range includes the finest Cumberland sausage and creations using smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

Passion for Pie

Multi award winning hand-made artisan pies and quiches. We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality.

Pinnacle Icing

Here at Pinnacle Icing I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made. The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. They are all produced from scratch, using free range, fair trade and British ingredients wherever possible.

Pistachio Provenance

Award winning pistachios sourced directly from a co-operative of artisan farmers who nurture and harvest the pistachios in their sun filled orchards in Greece. Hand-picked, lightly dry toasted with a touch of sea salt and hint of citrus. We offer a fabulous snacking moment for your very own pistachio occasion.

Plum Duff & Stuff

We make and sell Christmas puddings to suit most dietary needs – traditional, gluten free, vegan, vegan gluten free and kits suitable for diabetics – they are all vegetarian and dairy free. We also produce traditional Seville orange marmalade, fruit cheeses, jams, jellies, chutneys, honey and beeswax.

Quantock Steamers

We produce steamed sponge puddings and meat suet puddings. All puddings are made individually with love using the finest quality local ingredients.

We are Soul Snacks, a Somerset based snack company dedicated to good food, mind, body, earth and soul. We believe that while whole foods, nuts and berries are good for the mind and body, chocolate is good for the soul and that is why we created our little pots of goodness.

South Sun Biltong

Biltong is a traditional South African treat, using fresh cuts of beef which are cured in spices and then hung in an air drying cabinet for two weeks. This creates a delicious and versatile product which can be used as a snack or garnished on top of your favourite foods. We use Somerset beef and natural herbs and spices and no artificial additives.

Step and Stone

Step and Stone makes handmade artisan lavosh flatbreads with a social purpose. We work with young people with learning disabilities, helping to develop their skills and confidence so they can eventually move into employment. The Chillees

We are The Chillees, husband and wife team Nick & Francine Lee, producing our own spicy chilli sauces and preserves made from our own chillies, grown here in Somerset. Having grown and enjoyed chillies for many years, Francine started introducing them into the jams and chutneys she made, not only for ourselves but as gifts for friends, family and neighbours, as well as making for local charities. After many compliments on our flavours, we were asked if we were planning to sell them. Well, there are only so many times you can say no.

The Edible Garden Nursery

Chris would like to welcome you to The Edible Garden Nursery where we grow an extensive range of peat free herbs and edible plants. Home grown and produced with zero chemicals, either organic or inorganic, including slug bait. We actively encourage wildlife.

The Fudge Cottage is a small business owned by husband and wife team, Nick & Lorraine Moss. They have both spent many years in the confectionery industry. They sell an extensive range of the finest handmade fudge and nougat as well as other confectionery, at some of the UK’s most prestigious public events.

The Garlic Farmer has spent years exploring garlic’s history and origins, experimenting with the many different varieties on the Isle of Wight. He is widely regarded as the UK authority on all things garlic.

The Happy Forager

The Happy Forager offers a wide selection of cultivated and wild edible mushrooms, all cultivated at our premises or foraged from privately owned woodland in Somerset.

The Real Cure

The Real Cure uses traditional processes including curing, smoking and air drying to create our range of salami, chorizo and air dried hams. We use free range and outdoor reared British pigs, including Gloucester Old Spots, grass fed Aberdeen Angus beef and wild British deer to produce our multi-award winning British charcuterie.
