Billies and Tong
Billies & Tong is owned by Zimbabwean, Gerhardus Koen. After settling in the UK, Gerry was missing traditional homemade biltong so much, that he made himself a domestic biltong dryer and as they say, the rest is history. Billies & Tong is currently the only UK registered business selling hand made wooden domestic and commercial biltong dryers. Over the four years that Billies & Tong has been trading, it has branched out and also hand makes personalised wooden chopping boards, biltong slicers, biltong spices and of course, delicious fresh and pre-bagged biltong.
Deliciously tasting Traditional Golden Mead presented in beautiful decadent bottles which have uniquely hand-designed labels. Hand-blended and carefully infused with a variety of natural ingredients to create wonderful flavours such as fabulous Elderflower, Ginger, Hawthorn, Blackberry, Rhubarb, Caramel, Chocolate, Sloe, Orange, Nettle and our heart-warming Chilli and Chilli Sting for the bravehearted to name but a few. We hope to be introducing Blueberry for 2019 – our products make beautiful presents and wedding gifts.
Cheddar Ales are an award winning artisan brewery hell bent on exploring new ways to twist the traditional. From the rocks and ravines that have shaped the land and its’ inhabitants, to the perfect brewing quality of the water that runs through it. Crumpet! is a locally based cake business who handmake a range of delicious artisan cakes, muffins and slices. Flavours include Raspberry Mud, Lemon Meringue, White Chocolate and Strawberry and Cookies and Cream. We also have a delicious range of gluten free cakes including our incredibly moreish Pistachio and Hazelnut Slice and our Blackberry and Coconut Crumble!
Dowdings produce straightforward apple juices and ciders. These are from a blend of apples found in their own orchards together with some from nearby gardens and small orchards. All are produced from 100% apple juice to give consumers the perfect natural product. They sell at many Somerset and Dorset events, with the products available in a growing number of retail outlets or direct from Dowdings.
Easy Bean is a small and innovative food producer based in Somerset with a passion for pulses and on a mission to create new and interesting ways to enjoy them.
Our baked ranges are handmade at our new gluten-free bakery using different pulse flours: Chickpea Crispbreads with nutty tasting chickpea flour and locally sourced butter & buttermilk; Bean & Seed Crackers with red lentil, fava bean and green pea flour. Easy Bean is a Great Taste producer.

Fussels Fine Foods
Fussels produce a range of Somerset award-winning cold pressed rapeseed oil, all grown, pressed and bottled here on our arable farm. Our range also includes flavoured oils, mayonnaises, dressings, a sauce and vinaigrettes.
With an ever growing population it is increasingly necessary to combine good ethics and good husbandry in order to optimise the production from our environment. This means taking care when growing and producing our products, crop rotation and collaboration with complimentary businesses are key to maintaining the status quo.
Cheesemaking has been a family concern for over 50 years. The dairy is adjacent to the thatched farmhouse where Fred Gould runs the farm and Jean Turner, his sister, the cheesemaking business. Using milk from their 260 Friesian cows, Gould’s make around 140 tonnes of West Country Farmhouse Cheddar in the traditional 27kg cylinders.
Grown Up Marshmallows
Grown Up Marshmallows are traditional, handmade, luxury marshmallows. Only our home-grown organic fresh fruit is used to flavour Grown Up Marshmallows and the chocolate used is Fair Trade. Hand-cut by artisans, Grown Up Marshmallows are made in small batches and free from gluten, egg, palm oil and GMO. They are then packaged in 100% recyclable, biodegradable, compostable material, including the bag inside, out of consideration for the planet.
Based in the Mendip Hills, Harth specialise in creating hand crafted, artisan, vegan chocolate truffles using innovative techniques and flavourings. We use only the finest and simplest ingredients, including 100% cocoa solid chocolate from Chocolat Madagascar, and, along with a blend of our own sugars, create a silky smooth and indulgent chocolate truffle. Our choice of chocolate also supports the local trade and economy of the Malagasy community and is recognised as one of the world’s fairest chocolates.

We are a small, independent, local Somerset based business and run an upmarket mobile artisan coffee cart. We are passionate about serving a high standard of locally and ethically sourced speciality coffees, teas and hot chocolates. To compliment our drinks we offer some delicious homemade cakes (with gluten-free and vegan options) and freshly baked pastries. We have a strong commitment to being eco-friendly by only using fully biodegradable cups and lids and avoiding any single use plastic packaging.

Newton House Gin
Newton House Gin is a small batch award-winning London Dry gin made in Somerset, distilled in copper stills in the Carpenters Workshop at Newton House, a beautiful Jacobean Manor. Made from English produced grain spirit, twelve botanicals and estate spring water it is a unique, complex and compelling gin.
There are huge, oily citrus flavours further softened by peach, blueberries and mint, giving the hint of English garden fragrances. Newton House Gin is refreshing, distinctive and delicious.
Perch Hill Vineyard
Local family run vineyard since 2012 just outside Wells on the Mendip Hills and we will have wine by the glass and bottles to purchase, Rosé, Chardonnay and Sparkling Brut, plus our new first ever red wine. We are award winners with SWVA and WineGB and very proud of our delicious fresh English wines. Visit our stall and try a glass on the lower floor of the Town Hall.
Here at Pinnacle Icing I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made. The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. They are all produced from scratch, using free range, fair trade and British ingredients wherever possible. I make biscuits with seasonal, topical and celebrational themes. Vegan and gluten free options also available. All biscuits are packaged using heat sealed, biodegradable bags. Bespoke commissions welcomed. Designs are limited only by your imagination!
We are British Canadians who recently moved to the UK from Canada. We missed the pure taste of true maple syrup that we grew up with and wanted to share it with you all, so we decided to create Pure Maple. Our 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup is produced and packed in Canada to bring you a truly authentic taste.

When Gordon and Betty passed away, the company was passed on to their daughter Jan and her family, who continue to expand the range of great tasting ciders, staying true to our Somerset roots and without compromising on traditional methods. We continue to harvest apples from local orchards in Somerset, pressing the apples on the farm using the original presses and the rack and cloth method. The juice is then matured in our aged oak vats, before being bottled and packaged on the farm. We would like to invite you to try our range of local, award winning ciders, that have been lovingly developed by our family over the years.

Saints Preserve Us is a local artisan producer of jams and chutneys. The preserves are made from fruit from my garden in small batches in my kitchen. Most are made with reduced sugar to allow the natural fruits to shine through, with added lemon & lime to enhance setting. All sugar used is Fairtrade. All preserves are gluten-free.
Sam’s Flavoured Spirits
I use traditional and modern techniques to produce delicious flavoured spirits, handcrafted and made in Somerset. My flavours are unique to each batch and I’m also always looking for new ones to create, hence my flavour list is always endless. I do three sizes, try it (50ml), getting to know you (250ml) and found a friend (700ml).
Examples of flavours: Passion Fruit Gin, Raspberry Mist, Toffee Apple Gin, Salted Caramel Vodka, Raspberry Bubble Gum Vodka, Coffee Whisky, Cranberry Rum and Cherry Brandy.

The Somerset Smokehouse
Matt and Annabelle lovingly hand rear rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs naturally outdoors, all year round on their farm near Glastonbury on the beautiful Somerset Levels. The pigs have a great natural life with a view of the River Brue. All their products are hand made by them on the farm, using the wonderful pork to create different flavours. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and local free-range eggs are a must. The finest pork from farm to you!

Founded in 2015, the Wild Flour Cake Co has risen from Jessica’s kitchen table to a custom-made bakery on Timsbury Farm near Bath. With support from the Prince’s Trust charity, she began her mission to transform the quality of the everyday cake with interesting natural flavours and free-from ranges.
