Congratulations to all the winners of the 2018 Wells Food Festival Awards. Stalls were judged by the Festival’s sponsors, using a number of criteria, including visual impact, stall holder’s knowledge and sourcing of ingredients.

“It was a real joy to visit their stall. It is a new social enterprise and is run by two passionate and enthusiastic individuals.
We were so impressed by the range of products, from cheese and garlic to fish and salt, along with their sustainable sourcing
and attention to detail in the smoking process. To top it all, it was a fantastic looking, cleverly lit stall.”

BEST PRESERVES STALL: THE CREST NICHOLSON AWARD
“Fantastic concept of taking excess, unwanted produce from organic farmers to make the preserves.
It is a huge commitment for a producer to be organic, and something that should be applauded.”
